GPU : Zotac GTX 960 Amp! Edition 4GB (Already Bought)

I want to overclock system at higher & stable Freq.

Solution
550W Gold doesn't say much about the PSU tbh
there are some very bad 550W Gold units out there
for overclocking I suggest you get a good unit like EVGA Supernova G2/GS, XFX XTR, Seasonic G or SnowSilent, Corsair RMi/x

liquid cooling really serves little purpose unless you want it for looks
a Cryorig H7 is a nice cooler, a Noctua NH-U14S if you have the cash and want a ridiculously good cooler

as for cases, I like the Fractal Design R5 and the Thermaltake F31 suppressor, the Phanteks P400S looks quite nice as well
but it kinda depends on what you like for optics and what you require featurewise

For budget, Cryorig H7 is easy to install, cheap, and very good at cooling.
However I can't recommend a case, I'm just fine with my Corsair 800D to be honest.
