I would suggest your build is not good. That AMD platform is old, like 2012 old. That's like buying a nintendo Wii right before the xbox one or playstation 4 is around the corner.

AMD zen will come out in the 4th quarter of this year. Also seeing that your budget is $500, i would suggest buying a used computer at either craigslist or ebay. If you buy individual PC parts on budget, I honestly think you're not going to save money buying old hardware (32nm Vishera processor vs current intel skylake is 14nm).

my friend has the same graphics card and cpu and I ran some test and found that I can run all call of duty series on high settings with 80fps and I just want to know for a first build that I CAN LATER UPGRADE is it good and I need to know if my cpu cooler will fit inside the case

In my opinion, this is a much better build. It has the latest Skylake Core i5 processor which you can later swap out with a i7, if needed.

no, it's not good. it's old. it was good a couple years ago, now it's extended past its lifespan (ending support sooner or later). I'll give you an example: Let's pretend your list of computer parts represents a 2012 computer. I'm telling you not to pay $500 because it's 2016 and AMD is changing their platform soon.
