A good CPU to run Garry's Mod on?

So I have an FX 4100 now, and I really want to run Garry's Mod on Zombie Survival servers with more than 70+ players on, or if you're familiar with DarkRP, even that at 60fps constantly. I want to know what the best processor is that I can get for playing on those kinds of servers at 60fps, I would highly prefer an AMD processor, but Intel is fine as well. Looking for something below $230. Garry's Mod can use multiple cores with this command: "gmod_mcore_test 1" so it doesn't have to work on only single threaded based CPU's.

(These servers have high amounts of players and generally lag the game bad for me. Sometimes even hitting 15 fps.)

You could try an intel i5-4690K but if garry's mod is able to use multiple cores an amd fx-8350 would be good too.
