In addition to dantheman's answer, do you have a budget and what type of games do you play? Twitch based games you'll arguably see more of an advantage in using a 144Hz monitor than RTS's etc.
Also are you planning on using 3D?

I will play a mix of games fallout 4,The division(when its released),Overwatch,I sometimes play csgo,Dayz,Ark,Battlefront,Mirrors Edge 2,Star Citizen(when its relesed).
My specs are:GTX 970 and Intel i5 4690k
Note:I only use my pc for gaming
Also my budget would be around €500-650

You're not going to reach 144Hz with a GTX 970 I'm afraid. You're aiming for 60ish on Ultra settings. It's a great card but I won't try to kid you that it's going to perform miracles (unless you want to dial down the detail.)
I would suggest two options. Either, go for a standard 16:9 1440p monitor.
OR
Try something new. How about a 1440p 21:9 monitor.

I see you've put Euros. Therefore, I've selected Germany as the country on PCPartpicker.

Here's a 21:9 that fits into your price range:
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/part/aoc-monitor-u3477pqu - €567.08

Or as I say, if you want to go for a standard 16:9 1440p monitor, how about this:

Let me know your thoughts :)

They are two very nice choices but do you think that i will miss out on not having 144hz or g sync?

um... i disagree with the person above me. For games like csgo, you will be hitting 200+fps on ultra 1080p, which will give you visual tearing if you have a 60hz monitor. You want something at least 120hz, prefably 144hz. I personally have an fx-8350 with a gtx 970 with a 60hz 1080p monitor and I seriously regret not having bought a better monitor. Plus if you don't hit the minimum refresh rate it's not a terrible thing, you won't notice it as much as you will notice if you have fps which is over your refresh rate.

What do you think will make the most difference for a gaming experience a 1440p Ips 60hz monitor or 1440p 144hz Tn??
Also i dont play csgo a lot or even play ranked

[strike]I would go with a 1080p monitor with 144 hz. 970 is not very good for 1440p.[/strike]

update: i need to research what I said above. I've heard very mixed reviews about people using 970 for 1440p, many people have had great results but a few people have had some frame stuttering. It should be fine for 1440p

Hello again,
dantheman0809 is absolutely right with CSGO (due to it being on the Source Engine which has been modified by Valve for years - you'll get really high frame rates with that) but for the other games you've listed you'll not get above 60fps.
In answer to your question, will you miss out on 144Hz - unless you get another graphics card in SLI (and even then it's debatable) you won't be reaching 144Hz with Ultra Settings.

As I said above, it sounds like I'm scoffing at your card but please don't think I am. If I had the money, I'd upgrade my 670 to a 970 in a heart beat. But as the reviews show, 1080p @60 - 80fps Ultra Details, or 1440p at ~40 - 60fps @Ultra Details for most of the modern games.

So in my opinion, get rid of the idea of a 144Hz monitor. Don't worry about it, as you're not going to see 144fps. The G-sync; that's another question - it synchronises your refresh rate of your monitor with your GPU. But you pay a premium for this tech. I wouldn't bother.
Hope that helps :)

No, I don't. Apart from CSGO, you're never going to run into frame rates of +100 in order for you to make use of the 144Hz monitor. I would suggest getting a higher resolution so you can show more detail in your games, aiming for 45-60fps and cranking the settings up to max.
Fallout 4 isn't twitch based really, Star Citizen is likely going to be the next 'Can it run Crysis?' game and as newer games are released, the amount of GPU power it's going to take to render each frame is going to only increase. With one GTX970, that's my best advice - a decent 1440p monitor.
