A good low profice CPU cooler for an AMD8350?

Can anyone recommend a good low profile CPU cooler for an AMD 8350 that is below $35.I am not planning on OC my CPU.I know about the hyper 212 but it interferes with my RAM since I am going to be using a micro ATX MB.
