Currently I have a 400w psu but people say its not enough for my new system specs

AMD FX4100 3.6 GHZ
Asus motherboard PCI-E 2.0(forgot model)with a hybrid xfire slot
8GB corsair RAM
Gigabyte AMD RADEON HD 7850 1GB
1TB normal HDD
400W coolermaster elite power

Solution
A Radeon HD 7850 needs at least 21 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 watt power supply.

If you want a solid great priced 550w SEASONIC UNIT with 45 amps on the 12v rail here you go.

Or if you are on a tight budget this is decent:

400 watts is more than enough for your system (your system will not draw more than 250 watts under full stress), what people mean is that that Cooler Master PSU might not be a quality one. If you are not going to overclock, the PSU will handle the system. But better to be safe than sorry, if you can afford it, get better PSU in the future form the brands such as: Corsair (avoid CX units), XFX, SeaSonic or Antec
