Motherboard model: ECS A320AM4-M3D

So i want to flash (rollback) my motherboard's BIOS chip with CH341A.
When i see the chip it says "Winbond 25Q125FWSQ.
When I read the datasheet (not from official website, I can't find the official one) it says it needs 1.65v-1.9v,
but when I ask chatGPT it says it needs 3.3v ?

You should stick to the datasheets and not ChatGPT. If you have/had like-for-like BIOS chips at your disposal and are expendable, you could try and work with 3.3v but that would cause either a damaged chip or a bad BIOS flash. You should look at a 1.8v(average the two voltages stated on the datasheet) adapter for the BIOS chip.

Why are you trying to roll back your BIOS for the motherboard? You're advised to move forward with updates, not the other way round to make sure you've got the most stable version.

The motherboard only uses above Matisse Ryzen series whilst I use Ryzen 3 2200G rr
