A good Z97 motherboard

I am confused to select a good z97 motherboard

i have a i5 4690k ( devils canyon )
16 gb ( 8 x 2) ripjaws x 1600MHz
dual gtx 970 from msi
cooler master hyper 212x
an asus xonar sound card ( am willing not to use this if it conflicts with sli )


am leaning towards msi gaming 5 or 7 but what are your recommendations
