a graphics card to run csgo at like 60-100fps but cheap

i run cs at 30 fps max and in smoke it goes to between 8 and 20.... i just want to actually get by in csgo because its horrible at the moment, wouldnt mind a card that could run some other stuff.
I have a p6769sc HP desktop with an intel i5 core cpu 650 @ 3.20 GHz

Also what would they run it up to? and would i need to replace anything else on top of a graphics card for it to function?

you probably don't need to replace anything because this pc is pretty old.
i think you buy sooner a new pc than invest a lot of money in this pc because you need to replace as good as everything.

been a while since the post but i went for the gtx950 and it has been exceptional, currently going to upgrade my cpu and graphics card. it ran cs at 150 fps and never dropped below 100fps.

you have hit the limits, you need to buy a new pc.
