A gtx 1060 paired with core i5 2500???

I am building a budget gaming pc....I am buying a gtx 1060 3gb with a processor i5 2500 .In my country i5 2500k isn't found much.And they are not new.So can a gtx 1060 pair with This core i5 2500k?I want answer fast plz....

Depending on the games and resolution you play, the i5 2500 CPU will prevent you from getting the maximum performance of the GTX 1060 graphics card.
I hope you are getting a good deal, since there is not future on that build with a 7-year old CPU.

Agreed. My desktop pc is over 7 years old and running that cpu. The card will work and should be fine. But I wouldn't put much money into that cpu.
