Question a litle hellp plz

so im runong i a problem last 3 4 days at first i could not turn on my pc at first try so i tryd to disconektn my gpu and it turnd on so i plugd in gpu back and i turnd on fine again and evrtying was normal .
same thing hapend after 2 3 days i did the same thisng so it workt again , im playing alote of fps games COD bo4 apex and shuch game and some times i stream so i use alote of gpu power (1080ti) and my temps fore cpu gpu ar normal gpu dosent go above 65 and gpu 50c.
And today i was playing cs go and my pc just went dark monitors dark and could hear a game play normaly shoot in the game normal , my gpu shoot down ...
So my coustion is is it gpu or psu ? or ist it somthing els ?
I did a stress test whit occt power suplay stress test first time same thing hapend monitors dark.After i reeset the pc i did the test again fore loong time and it didint crash

Please kindly clarify this model first. Is that a CORSAIR RM650x unit, or some other ?? How OLD is your PSU ?

Did you change anything prior to observing the problem first time, hardware or software?
Example : Have you moved the case from one location to another?

Have you built the computer yourself? If so - how long ago / age of use?

Is there other issues to the computer not mentioned ? Like - have it ever crashed/freezed up on you during non-intensive tasks (like browsing the web, etc) ?

The issue you have - does it seem to tend to happens more frequently? Any patterns?

Do you use the most recent BIOS update ?

i build the pc and the time ryzen 1700 came , after that i bouth GPU (1080ti) and this psu im using now i thing it was 1 year and 3 4 monts , and until now i didin have any problem i clean my pc frome dust and such
last bios update i did i think 4 monts ago
i cant say i notice patterns i just hapens randomly 3 4 day is working fine and than i cant tur on the pc
and now this whit gpu power of is new

so i opend occt and i opned a game and play i bit until my screen went black
i notice in votage 12v under load it went to 10.30v and lower some times i dont know if its normal i was reading and in most forums thay say i shoud not go below 11.4 v

Your PSU is definitively bad if those readings are correct.
