A little help please

So i Build a cheap computer but having so much trouble with it. i will give you the spec first

CiT 650wat PSU
Asus M4A89GTD Pro/USB3
16GB ddr3 Corsair Vengeance 4x4gb 1600Mhz 9-9-924
AMD Phenom X4 964 not overclocked 3.4Ghz
1Tb Hitachi SATA drive
Samsung IDE 22x DVDRW
the Case is a Zalman and i have all 4 fans connected
Asus HD6670 graphics card

and now onto the issues.
Ram randomly disappears dropping to 8gb and sometimes 4gb...... ran a memtest found faults with 2 sticks of ram so RMA'ed them got new ones but same thing happens.

random shut downs of pc without BSOD and sometime with. replaced the PSU with a Powercool 750w 80+ but with in a day the pc was worse than ever so replaced it back with my old PSU and now its not so bad. sending back the Powercool for money back.

i have since removed all but 4gb of ram and disconnected 3 fans. pc seems stable now

would just like to confirm that im on the right track with the PSU being the issue here. all help is welcome peeps

PS. dont have very much money for PSUs could you advise on best for the £60 mark

sorry i also have a Ralink wireless PCI card installed on the mobo

Any 500w PSU from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic will be ideal.

What are you wanting to use this computer for?

its mainly used for downloading/watching stuff but i do some gaming and video encoding and streaming. im a basic all rounder when it comes to using my computer. thanks for the reply btw i will have a look at some of the PSU's you have mentioned
