My put together my pc in maj, and I haven't had a problem since. But now i'm starting to hear a little rattling noice inside my pc. I've tried to pin point where it came from, and I think i comes from the my cpu cooler. I use a Corsair H100i PRO water cooler, and the noice comes from the fan and radiator side. I don't how I did it, but it started when I was overclocking my gpu.

My specs
Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600X
Cpu Cooler: Corsair H100i PRO
Gpu: Asus GeForce RTX 2070 Dual Evo OC / "Now stock"
Ram: Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 16 GB
MotherBoard: Asus Rog Strix B450-E
SSD: Intel 660p 512GB M.2
Case: Svive Luna S700 W

Solution
fans can easily hit certain resonant speeds that cause protective shields/finger guards to rattle, etc...

Open the case, and try touching various areas until you can establish that it is/is not vibration related...
