Wow isn't a very demanding game by today's standards... it will run on a potato. That being said... The one thing I would question about your setup is the 4070.

I would think that it would be fine for WoW at 4K 60 fps... but I can't verify. What I can tell you is that I have no issues at 4K 60 fps at max 10 Ultra settings across the board with a 4090 on my 4K OLED.

WoW being as easy on systems as it is I would think the 4070 would be fine though.

Also... I'd probably bump the storage and PSU up just a tad.

Here's a few changes to your build to consider.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies, here is an update on my build based on availability and price/value.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
Board: ASUS B650M TUF GAMING PLUS - already ordered
CPU Cooler:
*Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler ($35.90 @ Amazon) - already received
RAM:
Kingston FURY BEAST 2x16GB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 KF560C30BBEK2-32
Storage: WD blue 2TB M.2 SN580
PSU: CoolerMaster 750W V750 GOLD - V2 FULL MODULAR
Case: Antec NX500M $40 on sale
Case fans: Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 X 3 ~$45 - already ordered
WIFI card:
WiFi 6E PCIe Card | Intel AX210 Chip ~$20 - already ordered

GPU: Understandably for my requirements the CPU has much more input than the GPU. I know that 4060 ti is sufficient for 1440p but will it be so for 4k on mid settings, hence ~60FPS?

According to spec data the CPU cooler and RAM dimensions are cleared for this board and case. Should there be any concern?

Is that case sufficient, will this build be fairly quiet under high loads?

Any other inputs would be highly appreciated, thanks a lot!

Are you budget constrained?
The latest build looks ok.
Best to ask for opinions BEFORE you order.
On a high end build, do not go cheap or small on the psu.
Your pick may be a bit noisy:
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cooler-master-v750-gold-power-supply
Consider a 850w or higher psu. High end graphics cards (that you want for 4k) can have power spikes above the nonimal load.
A psu will run quieter and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
Look to Seasonic focus/prime or corsair rm.

Ryzen is picky about ram compatibility.
Do some homework and verify that your ram kit is on the motherboard ram QVL support list.
Or is supported explicitly by kingston on their support app for your motherboard/cpu combo.
Other ram may work ok, but you become your own support.

I like the case; it is good for air cooling.
I would first try the supplied fans.
If you want quiet, 2 140mm intake fans will move more air quietly than 3 120mm fans.
It is all about the RPM needed to run the fans at your desired cooling level.

On the cpu cooler, the original NH-D15 would not have fit the 155mm height available.
The spirit 120 may not either at 157mm.
With restrictive height available, it may be hard to find a fully good cooler.
Here is noctua's cpu compatibility list for the 7800X3D:
https://ncc.noctua.at/cpus/model/Ryzen-7-7800X3D-1649
Probably the best available would be the NH-D12L:

Hi, thanks for your input.

yes already checked QVL support list and KF560C30BBEK2-32 are listed.

GPU restricted for 4070 s max - My main usage will be for WoW gameplay and if I understand correctly the 4060 Ti or 4070 would be sufficient for high 1440p and low-medium 4K, I was advised for 750W but I can get the CORSAIR RM850x instead if necessary.

The spirit sadly might not fit with NX500Mso I'll pick another case. this two alternatives priced around the same yet not as compact or valued. which is better?
Antec NX410
Corsair 4000D

Thanks!
