It's the Zotac 750 ti, and proper power supply yes, it has a Seasonic S12 II Bronze 520W with the proper cables plugged into it.
Could it be the board it's self broken in that area and only allow older cards to run in it?

Ive run a 2400 proin the slot , not matching up to the 750 ti. Is there anyway to test if it's bad?

If you would half to guess do you think it is the gpu slot on the motherboard is no good for more powerfulcards ? or the voltage is just not there because its going bad? And ive run it in another system with a 275 watt psu it's a dell xps 420 I ran it in and it was all fine. it just fails the post test in my new pc for some reason. I should also add I took that same psu out and pluged it in my new system and it still failed it.

I thank you very much for the help, and the time you took to look back at the questions I asked you, many thanks. And one last thing what brand boards seem to be of good quality in your opinion.
