A new problem appears

Apparently this now appears on my build which never happened befroe this:

Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

Can someone help?

Yes, depending on the manufacture date, the board might require a BIOS update. But, even if let's say the BIOS would not support the CPU (older motherboard), you can order a BIOS chip from ebay and replace the board's one (it's on socket).

So does this mean i need to get a different motherboard

It's hard to believe that you'll get a board such old to not support the CPU.
