A Noctua NH-U9B SE2 enough for i7 7700k?

So my question is: is a Noctua NH-U9B SE2 enough for i7 7700k? Im not really planning on overclocking atm but maybe in the future, if its not enough is there any other cooler you could recommend?

With the Scyther Mugen Max coming in at $37 and cooling as well as $90 air coolers that serve as Noctua's and Cryorig's flagships, I have hard time recommending anything else right now
