a noobs first time overclockin a vid card

i have a Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 and i downloaded Riva tuner and now im completly lost on what to do... what do i do now to overclock my vid card and how far should i push it?

open it
in the menu where it says forceware detected click the arrow on the right hand of the screen
click the picture of the graphics card
now slide the core and memory clocks by the desired amount (say 10 MHz extra) and hit test
once you have it overclocked run 3dmark and check for artefacts.

as for a safe amount to overclock, it depends on whether you have an ultra or standard. my standard was as high as 300/500 but nonw it is at 285/477. pitiful 😳
