I have two computers, on boot with hdmi cables monitor says signal not detected, on one monitor but a vga signal input works fine.

Computer 1
Nvidia 1050 ti output dvid, hdmi and dp
Acer monitor with vga and 2x hdmi inputs
vga input works fine using dvid to vga converter,
hdmi input no signal

Computer 2
Nvidia 750 ti dvi-i, dvi-d, hdmi
2 monitors
Monitor 1: Dell monitor with dvi-d and vga
vga input works fine using converter dvi-i to vga
hdmi no signal detected
dvi-d out to dvi-d in, no signal

Monitor 2: Dell monitor with 2 hdmi and vga
hdmi no signal detected on one port, and no cable detected on other
vga input works fine using converter dvi-i to vga

I have 2 hdmi cables same result on all above.

So far I have,
  • Updated nvidia drivers
  • removed cmos battery
  • reseated ram
  • unplugged all unnecessary hardware usb etc
  • set input to hdmi manually on monitor both of them
  • 2 different hdmi cables
  • tried all hdmi ports
  • reversed hdmi cables
  • reseated graphics cards
What I find strange is 2 different computers gpus and monitors have same problem with hdmi, but vga works on all 3 monitors and graphic cards.

Wondering if voltage somehow burned out hdmi, but both computer have apc voltage regulator.

Found 2 more hdmi cables, same result with all, monitor recognizes a cable present but doesnt see a hdmi signal.

Happy New Year!

Updated nvidia drivers
Using DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, to later install the latest GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Apart from stating the GPU chip's name, we're flying blind in terms of specs. Please pass on the specs to both system's like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Wondering if voltage somehow burned out hdmi, but both computer have apc voltage regulator.
Why would you suspect that? Did you overclock the GPU? Were you working with a lackluster PSU? Did you have a lightning strike? Perhaps an anomaly with your power grid?

2 different hdmi cables
To rule out your cables for being faulty, source(borrow, not buy) another cable from a friend or neighbor or perhaps take your cables over to a friend's or neighbors place to see if they exhibit the same issue.

Happy New Year Lutfij
Thanks for your response

from Dxdiag report, would have included the edited DxDiag.txt but didnt see an option to upload file.
