Question A Note app with stylus support, end to end encryption and cross platform does not seem to exist ?

How does this not exist in 2021? I've spent hours downloading note apps, looking with zero success for a note app w/ stylus support, end-to-end encryption, cross platform (ios, android at minimum, hopefully windows too). In the age of ipencils, surface stylus and samsung note/s7, I don't understand how there isn't big name note app that has these simple mandatory functions ?

Well there are three things that i can think of

1 you have a multi million dollar idea, and should get to work on developing it.
2 there hasnt been a push from enough people for the big companies to develop it.
3 the big companies arent playing nicely with each other which is stopping this from happening.

cross platform HA HAHA HAAAHAAA! there does not exist even an iOS note app that supports end-to-end encryption and pencil input unless you want to keep the note on your encrypted device with no backups.

PC only app like this does not exist either.
Can't find an android only app that does this.
