So this is the PC build that i will be building for a friend of mine.
This is all Australian Dollars (AUD)
So i was wondering if this is a good performance PC for FPS (First Person Shooter) and open world gaming. (medium to high resolution)

I also was wondering if there is a possible way to make it cheaper but still be good at those 2 types of games

These are the 2 stores i buy from:
http://www.msy.com.au/sa/elizabeth/
or
https://www.pccasegear.com/

I prefer buying from MSY since its local
,Thanks

You could switch the CPU to Skylake i5 6500, and some Skylake chipset board, in my opinion the entire KabyLake lineup is pointless. Also, you don't need a 100 dollar case. And if possible, look for a 1060 6GB instead of the 1050, i guarantee, what ever the hell you try to play on a i5 6500 and a GTX 1060 in 1080p, you will have absolutely no issues (except CS:GO but that game has potato grade optimisation)

Prices are off, but the gaming will be great if you can get all these parts.

Swap the 3000Mhz DDR4 for 2400Mhz one since that's the best a Kabylake i5+B250 MB combo can support.

Drop that SSD; refer to the recent article where Toms tested of these DRAMless SSD for reason why. Hell, it wouldn't even cost you a lot more for the Intel 600p 128GB that would best even the best of SATA SSD.

Then swap the 1050 Ti G1 Gaming for RX 470 G1 Gaming for 20-30% more performance.

You can swap the Corsair SPEC Alpha for something like In Win 703 or 503 if needed to maintain the budget while addressing the above points.
