A PC Build I'm Hoping To Do At Some Point This Year? Could Use Some Help In Tweaking It.

Hello everyone!
Firstly, thanks so much for checking out this post, and thanks for any info you can give me. 😀 I honestly do not know a whole lot about PC building or PC parts, so any info on the parts and/or info on if they are compatible would be great! I am pretty firm on only spending about that much money, but if I can get more bang for my buck from some other build I would be interested. I also want this PC to LAST a LONG time if possible. I know everything becomes outdated, but if there are ways to prevent it from slowing down and becoming old news, I'd be interested in hearing it. I should also say that this is going to be a primarily gaming computer. I would like to be able to play a large range of games from things like the Witcher 3 to the Total war and Warhammer series to Online games like Overwatch and Titanfall. I would hope to be able to run the Witcher 3 on High to Ultra settings (maybe?) at about 60 - 100 FPS, as I think it would be the most demanding game I'd like to play. Also, I was thinking about streaming on Twitch maybe. Would this be able to play and stream and play as usual? THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!! ^-^

You're not able to afford witcher 3 on ultra, but that's an extremely high standard.
I kinda changed everything, but it's all a little bit better or cheaper or more fitting to your needs. You don't need a sounds card or network card because the motherboard already provides both. You will want to get a displayport cable for the monitor to work a best as possible, it doesn't come with one, so I added a fairly priced one. More ram will be be better future proofed and help with streaming, which you'll be able to kinda do for like overwatch and maybe titanfall, but not something super demanding like BF1 or the Witcher. You can play the witcher in very nice settings, but not max/ultra, somewhere pretty high though. The SSD will provide plenty of space to start with, and as long as you uninstall any games you aren't really playing it shouldn't be an issue, and adding an HDD or another SSD down the line should be very easy.
The OS I changed it to is a USB version, so they send it to you on a USB so you don't have to make one yourself, but it's pretty easy to make one yourself if you have another computer and a free 8gb+ USB drive: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
