Question Not sure what is going on...looking for any help or advice

I cannot boot properly. I cannot restore. I cannot reinstall. I don't know what is going on. If anyone could shed some light on what is going on, how it might have happened, or possible ways to fix...I would be extremely appreciative. Due to the character limits in posts, I had to use pastebin.
