I have a case of the Shuttle SG41G5 and want to build a computer in it. The power supply is too old and got just 250W of power. I found a Shuttle PC63J upgrade kit, but it is a little bit too big. I need something lokking like this.

Hmm. Yeah, SFX PSUs are about 64mm x 100mm x 125mm.

I think you're going to be in the "Flex ATX" size category. Something like this or this.
Here's a 400W one with a 6+2 pin GPU plug.

Just so you're aware, there are other lower quality Flex ATX PSUs on the market for around $30, but most of the ones I found aren't even 80+ bronze certified, which speaks to their quality (or lack thereof). One thing to consider with these small units is that > efficiency = < waste heat and when there's a tiny 40mm fan in charge of cooling, less waste heat is easier on the ears.
