If you are using the 2 rear mounted ports, they are only USB 1.1
The 2 lime green pin headers located next to the last PCI slot
are the USB 2.0 ports.

All the USB ports on this board support USB 2 as long as your operating
system supports or has been updated to support USB 2. In reality the 2
lime green pin headers will only support USB 2 if you use a USB 2
compatible cable and port setup.
