a problem on my labtop

please i have a problem , when i turn on my labtop and log in to my user , i can use it just for ten minuetes the it turnes to blue screen with intail a sad face and "there is a problem and ''the windows will restart in seconds'' written under , so what should i do ??

Download Bluescreenview from Nirsoft and run that. It will tell you if it reads the BlueScreen dump and could provide clues as to what is causing it.

Do a clean boot and see if it runs longer than ten minutes. This will tell you if it is a process running that is causing it. If it doesn't bluescreen with a clean boot then there are ways to figure out exactly what is causing it. Let us know if it does or does not run after clean boot and I'll share some next steps.
