Question a problem with my gtx 1650 (laptop)

the whole story that I opened the laptop and there was no graphics card detected I tried all the solutions on the internet ( as I think ) and nothing worked it giving me this error in device manager ( when I check show hidden devices )

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

can anybody pls help me
