A program that can read .qic files?

I had backup files with ms backup. then i put xp in the computer an d now
cant i read the backup files.
Is it som program you can download that ca read .qic files?

I haven't used the current version but I believe BackupMyPC will do this.
I'd email them before purchasing it to confirm this.
