a program to control my home wifi?

is there a program to control my internet in my home i mean to cut or make a limit speed to another PC that connected to my internet

I think anything like that will need to be managed from your modem/router. Out of curiosity, why would you want to limit speeds on any PC?

Lag!! i want to play online and they spend a lot of the internet xD

What speed of internet are you getting from your ISP? For whatever device you're using for gaming I'd suggest using a wired connection. I have 10Mbps down from my ISP and I can play games online from my desktop (wired connection) while my wife is watching Netflix on the Xbox One (wireless) and on FB (wireless) with her phone at the same time with no issues.

It could be your provider. Run a test at speedtest.net to see what down and up speeds you're getting.

basically you can do all these settings from the modem and router. but Use cyber pc manager software on your network. you will able to manage everything.
