A question about Asus M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard

Hi guys, I have Asus M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard. My question is, can AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz or AMD FX-8320 Vishera 8-Core 3.5GHz be installed on this motherboard? also is video card Radeon R7 370 AXR7 370 compatible with this? or do i have to buy another motherboard? Any advice will be appreciated as I have little knowledge in this field

That motherboard is AM3 both CPU's listed are AM3+.

Edit: The Video card can work with PCI-E 3 and the motherboard only has PCI-E 2 slots. So you may have slight performance loss but probably not a lot.
