NZXT Technologies H440 Mid Tower Chassis Case
That is the case I plan to get in the near future. I am very very very unsure which CPU Cooler to get.

I am going to go for the Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

I want to either go with one of these coolers

-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
or
-Corsair Hydro Series H110 280 mm High Performance Liquid CPU

I like the way the Liquid Cooling looks in the H440 case, and I heard that liquid cooling might be better for that case because of the low amount of ventillation.

The finished build would look like this.

-Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (OR)
-Corsair H110 94.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
-Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
-EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card
-NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
-Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Please help me out, I really want to get this right. Its my first build and It will be my only one.
Perhaps my motherboard I picked could be better too.

And I was also looking into these fans and replacing the fans in the case with them, and maybe the fans on the cooler as well...?
I'm not even sure if thats allowed, or if it'd work. But I want it to look

Corsair Air Series AF120 CO-9050015-RLED 120mm Red LED Quiet Edition High Airflow Fan

Would I get sleeve fans, or Hydraulic?

I'm not sure what OCing is, but you recommend that I get the H80i liquid CPU cooler?
Liquid cooling will be better than the heatsink one right?
