Hey guys, basically I have bought a ryzen 3 1200 chip and an asus b350m-k motherboard with it. I have managed to do a stable 3.7ghz overlock @ 1.2V with the temperatures reaching only 65 degrees max on aida64 while CPU, FPU and cache stress testing using the stock cooler. I am very concerned about the fact that the motherboard I am using does not have heatsinks on the VRMs. Will my motherboard get damaged? I think that it wont because the voltage increase was very low. And also with this kind of a voltage increase there wont be any chances of the cpu getting damaged? Sorry if I sound stupid but I am really new to overclocking
Also, has anyone been able to reach 3.7ghz+ at the stock voltage? Please let me know if you did as I will probably attempt it tomorrow.
