[SOLVED] A services.msc template or preset or a config file or a reg file? How to save changes into a file to load them back later?

Hello
so... I've tweaked some services (disabled mostly) as I want or need to. But now I need to switch the boot to normal so it will reset all the services to default values....
so
Is there an option to somehow store the state of services tweaked by me to conviniently load it back again (instead of wasting time and going through all of them switching them off again etc)?
like a preset, or template, or a config, or maybe a reg file? Thank you
