A SLI setup equal to Tri-SLI 980 Classified

Hello, the title says it all, i want to know a sli setup that is better or as powerful as 3x 980 classifieds
im thinking gtx 980 ti 2 way sli but from some youtube videos ive seen it seems like the tri 980 setup is way better

"Better" is a subjective term.
Two 980Tis wont match three 980 in terms of raw power, however they will draw less power, produce less heat, and scale much better.
Two way SLI scales (and has better support) than Tri SLI does. Its a tradeoff of which you prefer. Better raw performance but a larger chance for roadblocks, or slightly less raw power with better support.
