Hello, back in 2017, I used to play an online MMORPG game, and I was a part of that community for nearly two years before quitting in 2018-2019. After I quit that game, someone from that game began stalking me online. This person was able to find all of my social media accounts, including reddit accounts, which I figured was due to my similar use of nicknames and specific interests, so all one had to do was go to a page assuming I am an avid reader there, and search my nicknames similar to what I used back in the MMORPG games, and they could easily find me. After learning this, I deleted most, if not all, of my social media accounts, and I used other usernames, participated in different interests and topics, and did my hardest to remain anonymous, but here's the kicker: this individual continued finding me. I became really concerned, so I clean reinstalled my PC, completely wiped my drives, and installed and tested a variety of antivirus and antimalware programmes, yet somehow, this individual seems to know exactly where I am, even made fake accounts and sock-puppets, pretending to be someone else and contacting me through discord. At this point, I'm wondering if it's even my PC that's infected, internet perhaps, or if this individual is so insane and obsessive, (diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum), that it's not even hacking, but purely obsession and dedication and great attention to details.

I found some information on the person, and it's a female, from Canada Vancouver, Autistic Spectrum, Vietnamese, in her early-mid 20s, computer science major.
She confessed to being able to find almost everything about someone online, and can get insanely obsessed with people, cyberstalking, and has many methods to finding everything about people. Broken the law before and had police involved, and confessed to liking to ruin people's lives online. She's an avid fan of /r/wallstreetbets (aka. home to many autistics who enjoys investing and becoming rich). I contacted one of her friend, and even her friend called her a "psycho" and tried to ghost her many times.

Sounds like the basis for a good movie, comparatively speaking. It would seem obvious to me (who knows very little about said) that you should discontinue any email addresses and such that you were using with these sites. It might be worthwhile to also consider seeing if anything can be done about your IP addresses and such. I really don't delve into said aspect of being online but basically if they know where 'home' is....(and you may already have done these things)

I would assume you have never had personal contact with this individual?
Might contact the authorities about this. IDK what they can or even would do unless you could prove personal harm or criminal actions by said. Simply finding you online seems rather innocuous on it's own. Perhaps just turn to blocking that individual when they find you and not interacting would be enough. Instead of 'the law' you might be able to present your case to forum (and other site) moderators to see if anything can be done from their end.

I raged at her one time for stalking me, typing out really abusive profanity languages, and that triggered her enough to make her confessed to this:<Link removed by Moderator>
does that warrant personal harm/criminal action?

apparently, she likes to impersonate others, using their photos, and humiliate and defame, as well as editing photos in really humiliating ways.
Also, I want to be sure she's not somehow monitoring my PC everyday, is there a way to be sure I'm clean of any kind of spy on my PC? It's just baffling how she keeps finding me, only way for that to happen is virus.

If any of this is true, I would highly advise you to contact the police and allow them to handle any necessary or relevant investigations. This is not the kind of topic that is appropriate to a forum intended for a hardware/software tech forum. Also, expletives are not allowed here.
