hi, i have recently assembled my pc:
CORSAIR 4000D AIRLFOW
MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
RYZEN 5 7600X
MSI MPG A850G
32GB DDR5 5200MHZ CL36 (KF552C36BBEK2-32)
THERMALRIGHT PHANTOM SPIRIT 120 SE

I don't currently have a dGPU, but I plan to purchase one soon, the problem is. my AMD Radeon iGPU driver randomly crashes during pc use, from windows event viewer, this warning appears:
" The amduw23g video driver has stopped responding and has been properly restored "
This happens randomly such as when using google chrome, discord, spotify, etc.

i have done everything, reinstalled windows, reinstalled drivers using DDU (both chipset and igpu), used different driver versions, run “sfc /scannow”, nothing. .. until, out of desperation, I deactivated the igpu from device manager, and everything works smoothly using the microsoft base board, well, this is where the weird part comes in... i found that if i disable the IGPU, and later reactivate it, it doesn't crash anymore!

i can even play games, use discord, spotify, chrome, in short, i can use the pc without any problems, i would like to understand why this happens... is it the drivers fault? possible? i used different versions of the drivers, downloaded from amd's official website, can it be a hardware problem? i didn't overclock or undervolt, i didn't put hands in the bios, except to adjust the ram frequency, i have no idea,

Sorry for the bad English

MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

32GB DDR5 5200MHZ CL36 (KF552C36BBEK2-32)
You should've looked into a DDR5-6000MHz ram kit that has AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it, to get the most out of your platform.

reinstalled windows
Where did you source the installer for your OS? Did you recreate the bootable USB installer to rule out a corrupt installer? Did you install the OS in offline mode?

used different driver versions
You use the latest driver sourced from here;
https://www.amd.com/en/support/down...yzen/ryzen-7000-series/amd-ryzen-5-7600x.html
installing the driver in an elevated command.

hello! thanks for the support, the problem appeared directly from the very first boot, subsequently I updated the bios, but the problem persists

MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

7D75v1L1(Beta version) - last version

about ram, i thought r5 7600x can support 5200mhz max, do you say this is the cause of the problem?

i created several windows installation media, downloaded the media creator tool from the official microsoft website

Regarding the origin of the drivers, i used different versions taken from the official amd site, out of curiosity, after uninstalling the video driver from ddu, i installed the video driver downloaded from the msi site, the problem persists, (only if i don't disable and reactivate the gpu)

Download and use drivers for appropriate CPU, not general graphics drivers.
