A-Tuning Fan Issues

For some reason my A-tuning software won't apply my fan settings even though I have "auto apply when program starts" and "auto run at windows startup" enabled. Any help would be appreciated!

Does your fan use a molex connector? if so it wont work (ie plugged directly to the PSU)

Only fans that uses a fan header and are plugged into the motherboard can be controlled

If they are plugged into the motherboard then they might not have PWM capabilities (4 pin headers usually are PWM compliant)

I have a NH-U14s with 2 fans and one is plugged into CPU1 and the other is plugged into CPU2 and everytime the pc is rebooted the fans will idle at around 450 rpm until I apply my fan profile.

Ok so everything works fine if you set the profile manually through A-Tuning but it will not do so automatically from what I understand

Does the program actually start on reboot?
If not 2 things you could try
- Start the program as an administrator, set and apply the settings again
- Force it to start on reboot using an alternative method such as the startup folder

If it does start but just doesn't apply the profile, then I don't know, I'm not familiar with the application so I cant suggest much more than general solutions

If nothing works you could try an alternative program such as SpeedFan

Yeah that's the weird part it is set to administrator and it is in the startup folder. When the pc boots A-Tuning launches and minimizes to the tray. I do appreciate all your help though!

Last thing I can think of, check if any updated version of the software is available, it might be a bug that might have been fixed in a more recent version, it's a long shot but who knows

I'm not sure if they are board specific applications so start by checking Asrock website for your motherboard.


Then if it's already the version you have you can try a more recent version that's provided for other boards but it may or may not work I'm not sure

Also make surre you have the latest BIOS
