A very odd issue

So for the past week now I've had the same issue everyday. My pc can't recognize my hdd. So I jingle around a sata cable or two and it recognizes it. And I fix it, then I can easily play games browse the internet, etc. but later in the day my pc suddenly crashes and I have to force restart again. And this happens after i turn off my pc at night as well I don't know why this happens.. do I need to replace some parts? Also I commonly get the "disk read error" which I seem to also be able to fix with the bootrecin a command promt thing. Any help will be appreciated

Can you please try updating the AHCI Controller driver for your motherboard and see if that fixes the issue?
