A Very Tight Budget PC

Hello my friend bought PC with following specs (Please don't fall of your chairs while laughing)

CPU:A6 6400K
MB: Not important
RAM: HyperX Fury 4GB 1866MhZ DDR3 CL10 Single Channel
GPU: Radeon 8470D (aka APU Graphics)

He plays the games he usually plays (CS 1.6 , LOL , Minecraft , GTA SA ,NFS Underground 2 PES...)
But what more modern games can he play (What i mean is from what gen i.e 2011 games or what year if you will.
Resolution for games to be played at: 1280x720
PS: Why the part of the image cannot be seen when playing in 1280x720 (Happends to me too)
PSS: Please dont say APU is shit. Budget problems.
