Hello

Long time no post from me!!

Its my birthday next week and I know I'm being got a Oculus Quest by my wife. However she does not know much about PC and Gaming and did not realise that my Very Old PC with an 775 motherboard wont be able to play Half-life Alyx etc. So it looks like I'm buying myself a new system.

Now I must admit I have been out of the loop a few years on systems I'm not looking at the high high end of Gaming PCs as I don't have much time anymore to game but would like to play half life etc bring back my childhood. so I have been looking at this system with an upgrade to the AMD Ryzen 9 3900 - 12-Core 3.10GHz, 4.30GHz Turbo

https://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/system/Half-Life-Alyx-Ryzen

Would really like to understand the pros and cons based on what I need also not looking at spending much more than £820 etc

Thanks guys
