So it is confusing Amazon says it is 10.24 x 9.06 x 5.51 LxHxW
So why would it only be able to handle a single slot GPU, plus if that is the dems of the boc, why the case doesn't need to be in a boc that big?

CPU cooler clearance. If you got a 2 slot card in there, you'd have to add width to the case or reduce the cooler height supported in the case to maintain the same dimensions of the case.

The case is meant for an APU only build, not something with a discrete GPU.

Well the measurements are wrong on Amazon if it is 5 or above wide, a GPU should fit with no riser. So a 2 slot normal height GPU should be fine for it.
