As soon as i opened the box i noticed bent pins

RMA it, use a credit card to straighten the pins, what do i do?
I've heard that Newegg doesn't accept RMAs for CPUs with bent pins, but you can see from the picture that i could not have bent the pins.

Solution
Just two pins,

I can tell you I have seen far worse.
All you need is a craft knife blade, or a Stanley blade. Use it to gently straighten the pins in question.
You will only break them off if you flap them back and forth.
Once straight enough to line up with the cpu socket ,drop in it.
The socket will line them up fully as you put the socket lock down.

It will be fine.

I once had one where someone had forced the cpu in the socket, I had to use this method on about 11 pins.
But it has worked fine ever since.

But if you can RMA it then do so.
