Alright so, i'm thinking of buying PUBG, but i'm not sure if my PC will run the game, Please someone tell me if i can run it, would be awesome, Help a noob!.

Basically, No. That is, if you expect it to run at FullHD at least with medium settings and 60fps.
Yes, IF you play at less that FullHD. Say, at 1280x720 (called 720p), lowered details, and can live with 30fps (which will leave you at an disadvantage with other players, mark my words, as they'll see more details, and can react faster, 'cause 60 fps).

Google for "PUBG requirements", and read for yourself.

Annotation: There is definitely an unlimited supply of a**holes... sorry: cheaters for that game, so no matter what, you'll loose out against them. Just don't be surprised.

Compared to 1080p, yes, but it'll run worse than at 720p. It may be on the edge of playable -- depends on the person -- but I don't think it would be a pleasurable experience in a game like this.
