Sorry, no. The dedicated GPU has to be the same as the integrated GPU for dual graphics mode (crossfire). The GPU that will crossfire with that APU is the R7-250.

But you can use the HD-7850 as a dedicated gfx card in place of the integrated GPU.

Don't confuse the name of the APU with the name of the gfx card. AMD is recycling numeric names it appears. The newer A10-7850 APU uses the same numeric name as the older HD-7850 gfx card.
