A4-5000 + iGPU 1080p videos

I plan to buy a SoC with an A4-5000 on it, is the CPU and its intergrated graphics powerful enough for watching 1080p videos? Thank You.

It should be able to do it. The integrated graphics is more powerful than what intel has to offer.
