Question Pc Not working

Hi guys I builded a pc 1 Week Ago
My RX 6650 XT only starts if I switch the 6+2 pin connector on the PCIe cable; otherwise, the PC stays off and the GPU briefly flashes red. The 6+2 Cable has 2 of the connector .
Everything in the pc is working when i turn it on only the gpu is not turning on
Gpu: rx 6650 xt
Amd ryzen 7500f
Asus b650 plus mainboard
Bequiet pure power 11 600W

What do you mean by "Switch the 6+2 pin connector"?

You need to have that connector plugged in for the PC to work.

The 6+2 Cable has 2 of the connector .
Might want to pass on images of what you're seeing if you're unsure of how they're connected.

It is Always plugged in but I Switch it With the other 6+2 connector always
