So a couple years ago I built a PC for 500 bucks and went with a 3650 APU. Its been good to me considering the super low price point. Now Im thinking about upgrading, but Im really only willing to spend the $ for a new CPU and mobo if I would get a very noticeable increase in performance. Im not willing to spend a couple hundred bucks to get 10 extra fps.

This might sound odd but one of the games Im looking to get more fps out of is League of Legends. Its totally playable around 30fps but Im looking to try and get a rock solid 60fps, which my apu and HD 7850 cant achieve. Im guessing LoL is more CPU dependent and the problem lies with my APU.

So if anyone can give me an idea of the kind of performance increase I could expect, that would be really helpful. If it wouldnt make much of a difference Id rather just wait and build a new pc in 3 or 4 years or when hardware failure rears its ugly head.
