THe manual does not help at all i only know how to hook up JFP1,JFP2, but i still need to hook up JAUD1,JTPM1,JCOM1,JSPI!,JCI1 and SYSFAN... PLEASE HELP!!!

JAUD1 sounds like the audio jumper, I've found located near the side of the MotherBoard where the PCIe slots are.
JCOM1 sounds like your COM/Serial port or possibly USB, should be located on the bottom of the MotherBoard.
SYSFAN is going to be near the processor and have 4-pin, or, its going to be one of several 3-pin connectors located all over the motherboard. The 4-pin fan connector may be labelled CPUFAN.

I'm assuming you're connecting the PSU and the Case connectors to your MotherBoard, most everything will only fit where they need to go. Some jumpers (The J in all these stands for jumper) may look like other ones, but usually a pin is swapped around so you cannot plug the wrong component in.

Now, the Power Jumpers (the ones that detect the power/reset button, HDD light's and such) will usually be located near the far right/bottom hand section of the Motherboard and should be color coded to match the connectors on the case.

Let me know if this helps, otherwise taking some pictures and posting them may help out as well.

i managed to get it working now the problem is i cannot see the bios correctly because of my monitor and when i click on settings it frezzes, i cant put it onto boot by usb and it wont install windows on my new hdd, my old hdd however has a problem where it always says restore needed even when i go to start normally but it still works on my old pc do you know how to make it bootable to usb without bios or anyhing that can help me??

First off you need to make sure everything is seated properly, if your BIOS is freezing up like that. Secondly, you need to take all of the drives you'll be using in your computer and make sure they are completely wiped of all data. That means formatting them COMPLETELY. You may need to use another computer or find a Live CD to wipe them.

Secondly make sure you are using your LEGAL copy of the Windows image file and use "Windows USB Downloader Tool" on another PC to install a clean copy of the image to a USB drive. This is the only method I fully trust to use a USB for Windows installer booting, at least for people not experienced with doing so.
