A7V600 On Boot-- Hardware Monitor Error

During bootup of an A7V600, the following msg appears

Hardware Monitor found error - Please enter "power menu Setup" and select
Hardware Monitor

Checking Hardware Monitor shows everything within normal ranges. Any
suggestions?

On some other motherboards, this is caused by one of the fan speeds
being slightly below the threshold. By the time you get into the
BIOS, the fan has sped up a bit, and the problem is gone.
