A8 6600K and RX460 running slow

I have upgraded last night from an GT640 to an Gigabyte RX460 4GB,and my problem is that I don`t see any improvements during gaming,I could say that I get the same or even lower FPS in games,I tried Farming 17,ETS 2,Mafia 3(10FPS or lower with both cards),GTA5 18FPS on average,with medium to high settings.
I have cleaned all the graphics driver,reinstalled newest one from Amd,but it`s the same thing,no improvements.
Temperatures are 50 degreesC on both Gpu and Cpu.
3DMark Skydiver give me a score of 6133 points.
Any advice on how can I make it perform better?

8Gb of ram 1600 mhz dual channel
RX460 4GB
WD Blue 500 GB HDD

Well your cpu is quite weak so it may be the limiting factor in your pc-best way to check is use some sort of monitoring program such as MSI afterburner and see the cpu and gpu usage in-game.

You are cpu bound at this point. The A series is super weak
